Sometimes resources don't function properly due to what's in your web browser's cache, cookies, and history. Here are instructions in Knowledge Base about how to clear those to improve performance. https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic If you don't want to clear these, you may want to switch browsers for a particular resource to see if that makes a difference.
